WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company arranges $11.5 Million Sale in Los Angeles’s Brentwood Neighborhood 

WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company and Beitler Commercial Realty Services have arranged the sale of 11860 Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles, California for $11,500,000. 

11860 Wilshire Boulevard sold to an owner/user. The building is +/- 15,714 square feet on +/- 18,731 square feet of land in Los Angeles’ Brentwood neighborhood. The property is a free-standing multi-tenant medical building situated at the bustling signalized intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Westgate Avenue, where more than 44,000 vehicles travel past daily.
