Los Angeles – WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company has arranged the sale of 70 N Venice Boulevard in Venice, California for $2,500,000.
70 N Venice sold to an investor who is active in the area. The building is +/- 2,232 square feet on +/- 2,713 square feet of land in the heart of Venice, one block from both the boardwalk and the iconic canals. This was the first time this two-story commercial property had ever been on the market.
