WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company has arranged the partial interest sale of 3450 W 6th Street in Los Angeles, California based on a value of $18.3 million.
3450 W 6th St was a court ordered sale. The building is +/- 14,344 square feet on +/- 26,335 square feet of land in the heart of Los Angeles’s Koreatown neighborhood. The property is a multi-tenant strip center with a long history of success among its tenants. The property, known as Kenmore Plaza, is located across the street from the iconic Chapman Plaza.
