WESTMAC Commercial Brokerage Company and Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty have arranged the sale of 3130-3136 Foothill Boulevard in La Crescenta Montrose, California for $4,268,000.
3130-3136 Foothill Boulevard sold to a local area property owner. The building is +/- 10,747 square feet on +/- 38,307 square feet of land in La Crescenta Montrose, a neighborhood on the north side of Los Angeles, about eight miles north of Glendale. The property is a free-standing multi-tenant retail building on the area’s main thoroughfare. The building also boasts a large rear parking lot consisting of over 40 spaces.
