Los Angeles, CA – A private partnership has sold its Brentwood office building at 11826 San Vicente Boulevard for $9,350,000 to an “all cash” buyer.
“Commercial properties rarely trade on San Vicente in Brentwood.” T.C. Macker, CCIM said. “We had a lot of interested parties and ultimately sold at a high price per square foot.” The 6,350 square foot building on 8,751 square feet of land was vacant at close of escrow.
