Santa Monica, CA – An overseas buyer has purchased a 7,500 square foot commercial lot located at 1448 7th Street, near the corner of Santa Monica’s 7th and Broadway. The buyer purchased the property in “As Is” condition with plans for future redevelopment.
The property sold for $4,000,000. “Developers have been transforming the area for some time now.” T.C. Macker, CCIM said. “Our seller was able to achieve a high price on land at $533 per square foot.”
