Santa Monica, CA – A private seller has sold a two-story medical office building in an off-market sale for $7,200,000.
Located across the street from Santa Monica’s Providence St. John’s Health Center, the 14,000- square foot lot at 2216 Santa Monica Boulevard was purchased by an owner-user buyer. The buyer plans to occupy the first floor of the 5,296-square foot building.
“The property sold at $1,359 per square foot.” T.C. Macker, CCIM said. “This is the highest sales comp for a medical building in Santa Monica.”
